We’ve upgraded EU-rentals to a brand-new platform designed to be more secure, faster, and ready for future features.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about what’s new and what actions are required from you.

What you need to do now:

  • Reset your password
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  • Review your migrated properties

This will only take a few minutes and ensure your account stays secure.

Log in to your dashboard to get 

Improved Security (2-Factor Authentication)

To better protect your account and listings, the new platform now requires:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using a time-based security code

  • A password reset on your first login

Please follow the on-screen workflow to reset your password and activate 2FA. This only takes a few minutes and significantly improves account security.

Your Properties Have Been Migrated

Good news — all properties from the old system have been successfully migrated to the new platform.

You can:

  • View and manage your existing listings from your dashboard

  • Edit, update, or remove properties at any time

No action is required for the migration itself.

Direct Contact from Home Seekers

Home seekers and tenants can now contact you directly via a secure contact form on each property listing.

  • Messages are sent straight to you

  • No intermediaries

  • Faster and clearer communication

New Publishing & Subscription Model

To support our servers, maintenance, and ongoing development, we’ve introduced a new pricing structure:

Pay-per-Listing

  • €15 per property (for non-subscribers)

Subscriber Plan

  • €59 per year

  • Unlimited property publishing

  • Best value for agencies and active property managers

We are still aligning and optimising the platform, and many new features will be rolled out in 2026, including:

Managing or Deleting Your Account

If you decide that EU-rentals  is no longer right for you:

  • You can delete your account directly from your dashboard, or

  • Contact us, and we will assist you with the removal

We fully respect your choice.
