More than 4–9 months
Monthly rent : : €1,140 / Charges: €270 / Total per month: €1,410
9 to 12 months
Monthly rent : : €1070 / Charges: €270 / Total per month: €1,340
The €275 monthly charges cover:
- Electricity, including electric heating
- Water
- Unlimited Wi-Fi
- Cleaning of shared areas
- Routine maintenance of the shared washing machine
- Applicable shared services and eligible insurance-related costs, as specified in the rental agreement
The charges will be specified in the rental agreement as either a fixed amount or an advance payment subject to reconciliation.
Security deposit:
- €500 for stays shorter than 9 months
- €1,000 for a >9 months rental
The apartment is provided clean and ready for your arrival, with household linen included.
At the end of your stay, the apartment must be returned clean and in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
