For you to get the place reserved we both have to sign my rental agreement contract which is prepared and signed by my solicitor, which is documented with Belgian's law because it is going to stand as guarantee for both of us.
After that you will go ahead with your payment which is your first month rent and security deposit. Once your payment is confirmed by me, i will post the keys and the receipt of your payment to you via DHL courier service .it is just 1-2 days delivery and email you the shipping code for you to know when the keys will be deliver to you so that you can have your keys and move into my apartment.

I am looking for someone to live in it, as soon as possible, because i recently divorced and I moved back to my country , in England . I am currently located in London. The renting period is from 4 months up to 5 years. As a result of this I want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment. The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). My apartment cost 490euro per month including all bills such as water, electricity, gas, internet e.t.c plus 500euro for security deposit payment which is refundable whilebpacking without any lost or damage of my properties.The apartment is located at Rue de suisse 22, 1060 Bruxelles, Belgium and it is close to the central station,the apartment is spacious, it is about 35sqm. Restaurant and public transport are available around and it's a walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Brussels.

Can you believe I received a lot of proof from some tenants as well, like passport, job contract showing their earnings, bank statements yet i was disappointed when I came down, they are still asking if the price could go lower.
