How do I create and manage a property listing?

To create and manage property listings, you must first create an account as a property owner or agency.

Step 1: Create an account

  1. Go to eu-rentals.com/user
  2. Select Property Owner or Agency
  3. Complete the account registration

Step 2: Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For security reasons, all property owners and agencies must enable 2FA.

  1. Scan the QR code or enter the code using a mobile app (such as Google Authenticator or similar).
  2. Once set up, confirm the generated code.
  3. From now on, you will need to enter the time-based code from your 2FA app when logging in.

Step 3: Access your dashboard

After completing 2FA, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

From there, you can:

  • Click on Create New Property
  • Manage your existing listings

Step 4: Subscription and payments

If you do not have an active subscription, you will be asked to complete a payment before adding a property.
